Holidays in SKLA — calendar, hours, and weekly rest
How the workforce calendar feeds Validate and rest — calendar compliance in the same schedule flow.
24/7 operations do not treat holidays as calendar decoration. In SKLA, tenant holidays (national, state, municipal for the contract) enter hours governance: who works, who rests, Validate infos, and — in Brazil after EC 141 — the two weekly rest days.
Product, not just a holiday list
Synced calendars and overrides feed the schedule. A shift on a holiday may raise an informational item so the team confirms the workday is intentional.
With EC 141 (Brazil)
From 17 Dec 2026 the engine requires two rest days per week. Tenant policy may count a workforce holiday as rest when there is no assignment — same product spirit: local rule in the flow, not a report after the month.

- Sync national/state calendars at onboarding
- Add municipal holidays when the contract pays or rests
- Validate after the calendar is ready
- Revisit 6×1 / 7×7 patterns with two rest days
