Law 13.103 in SKLA — drivers, trips, and tower
Different legal profiles in one tenant: generic CLT ≠ Driver Law — both in the SKLA flow.
SKLA is not “a shift calendar”. In transport, trips, fleet, crew, and compliance share one platform. In Brazil, Law 13.103/2015 (Driver Law) uses profile BR_DRIVER_L13103 — distinct from the CLT baseline (BR_CLT_DEFAULT) used for facilities or office roles.
One platform, many legal profiles
That is the product point: regardless of country, the operation picks the right profile; in Brazil, a driver and a gate officer do not share the same hours rule. EC 141 covers the CLT baseline; 13.103 covers driving, rest, and trips.
What SKLA connects
Validation on trip/duty flows, Tower for exceptions, license/EAR and fleet constraints, Timeline and crew allocation.
